Frequently Asked Questions

What forms do I need to mail back prior to the start of camp?

  1. Physical, Certificate of Immunizations and copy of Insurance information.
  2. Payment (if not made online). Checks need to be payable to 'PRO SOCCER MOTION'.

Do we have to submit the player's medical forms when we register our son?

We recommend that you mail-in in the Medical/Health form prior to the start of camp. The camper must have had his last physical within the past year (12 months prior to camp dates) and have a doctor’s signature. A signed physical from earlier camps or sports can be used as long as it is still within the 12 months of our camp. You can fax, scan and email, or mail the forms. We must also have evidence of current immunizations.

Where can we stay in Worcester?

Our camp is non-residential but there are a number of places in Worcester for campers to stay. Our recommended hotel is;

The Hilton Garden Inn Worcester
35 Major Taylor  Boulevard,
Worcester, Massachusetts, 01608, USA

Website: Hilton Garden Inn Worcester

Telephone: +1-508-753-5700

Are the players supervised?

  • Yes, players are supervided during their stay at the camp / clinic.
  • The boys are not allowed to leave the campus without approval from the office and/or being signed out by an adult.

Should the player bring money to camp?

We recommend that each player brings some spending money. Especially at night campers like to order pizza etc. We will provide the service of a "camp bank" so that campers do not lose their money.  If there is a balance at the end of camp you can claim it at the camp store before departure.

Is there a deadline to register?

Acceptance is on a first-come, first-serve basis, due to limited space. Reserve space as soon as possible!

Can parents watch?

Parents and friends are encouraged to watch any "games" but are discouraged from "hanging around" all day.

What if the player gets injured at camp?

Certified athletic trainers are on duty at all times. In the event of an accident or injury we are minutes away from Saint Vincent Hospital. The staff assumes no responsibility for accidents or illness, on or off the soccer field.
